The Decoy GP Ring is the best, most compact and strongest connection to make between your line and the lure split ring for heavy-duty casting. The deceptively strong GP Ring is extremely compact; size 3 is a 300lb connection and size 4 is 400lb.
The rounded edges on the ring make for a cut-free connection and cleaner, faster joining to the split ring. We like to use size 3 on our smaller hard baits such as jerkbaits and crankbaits and we use size 4 on swimbaits and such.
